LEGIT Is An Acronym Which Stands For What We Believe:

We give of our talents to each other to enhance those around us.

We yearn to inspire each child to reach to Christ Jesus for all their needs.

TEACH:
 We will teach the children to enjoy the things God gives in a wholesome and memorable way.

We usually get 40-70 children enrolled by the end of the camp so register early.

adopt a school

We have adopted the Booker T Washington school
which is around the corner from our church.

We have a weekend feeding program where we send bags of food home with the needy children in the school.
We currently do it once a month but hope to do it weekly as donations increase.

We also help them out with backpacks and through
donations of other means as the needs arise. During our winter months,
we organize a Coat & blanket fundraiser to help kids in our area.

medical ministry

We support and volunteer with Remote Area Medical (ramusa.org).

They do medical clinics around the USA providing dental services, vision
(eye exams and prescription eye glasses) and medical services.
We will be sponsoring them to Las Cruces in 2019.

mission trips

We do several mission trips a year to places including
Democratic Republic of Congo and the  Philippines.

While there we do free medical clinics
during the day and preach the gospel of Jesus to the people at night
with a power point display run by our laptops and
projectors supported by a generator which we usually
purchase there to provide the electricity.
